To create a new property listing, log in to your Leaseora dashboard and click on "Properties" in the sidebar. Then click the "Add New Property" button and fill out the property details form. You can add photos, amenities, and set your rental terms all in one place.

To set up automatic rent collection, go to "Payments" in your dashboard and click "Payment Settings." Connect your bank account, set your preferred payment schedule, and enable automatic payments. Your tenants will receive notifications to set up their payment methods, and rent will be automatically collected according to your lease terms.

When a tenant reports a maintenance issue, you'll receive a notification in your dashboard. Go to the "Maintenance" section to view the details of the request. You can assign it to a service provider, track its progress, and communicate with the tenant directly through the platform. All maintenance history is stored for future reference.

Our AI rent price optimization analyzes market data, property features, location trends, and seasonal factors to suggest the optimal rent price for your property. To use this feature, go to your property details page and click "Optimize Rent Price." The AI will provide a recommended price range along with the data points that influenced the recommendation.

To renew a lease, go to the "Leases" section in your dashboard and find the lease that's approaching expiration. Click "Renew Lease" and you'll be guided through the renewal process. You can adjust terms, update the rent amount, and send the renewal offer to your tenant electronically. The tenant will receive a notification to review and accept the new terms.

Yes, Leaseora integrates with popular accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and FreshBooks. Go to "Settings" > "Integrations" to connect your accounting software. Once connected, all financial transactions in Leaseora will automatically sync with your accounting system, making tax preparation and financial reporting much easier.
