How to Subscribe or Upgrade

Follow these steps to subscribe to a plan or upgrade your existing subscription:

  1. Log in to your Leaseora account
  2. Go to "Settings" > "Subscription" in the main navigation
  3. Review the available plans and their features
  4. Click "Subscribe" on your chosen plan or "Upgrade" if you're already subscribed
  5. Enter your payment information (if not already on file)
  6. Review the subscription details and terms
  7. Click "Confirm Subscription" to complete the process

When upgrading your plan, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Managing Your Billing Information

To update your billing information or view your payment history:

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Billing" in the main navigation
  2. Here you can:
    • Update your payment method
    • Change your billing address
    • View and download invoices
    • See your payment history

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Leaseora subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected billing cycle. Here's what you need to know about renewal and cancellation:

Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You'll receive a renewal notification email 7 days before your subscription renews.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Subscription" in the main navigation
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
  4. You'll receive an email confirmation of your cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access to Leaseora until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to a limited access mode where you can view your data but not add new properties or use premium features.

Annual vs. Monthly Billing

Leaseora offers both monthly and annual billing options:

When you cancel your subscription, your data remains in your account for 90 days in a read-only state. During this time, you can view your data but cannot add new properties or use premium features. After 90 days, your account will be archived, but you can reactivate it by subscribing again. If you want your data permanently deleted, you can request this from our support team.
