Using Maintenance History for Property Management
Identifying Recurring Issues
Reviewing your maintenance history can help identify recurring problems that might indicate larger issues. For example, if a unit has had multiple plumbing issues in a short period, it might be time for a more comprehensive plumbing assessment rather than continuing with one-off repairs.
Planning Preventive Maintenance
Use your maintenance history to develop a preventive maintenance schedule. Leaseora's analytics can help identify patterns and suggest preventive maintenance tasks based on your property's history.
Documentation for Property Valuation
A well-documented maintenance history can be valuable when selling or refinancing a property, as it demonstrates proper upkeep and care of the asset.
