After submitting a maintenance request through the Leaseora platform, you can easily track its status and progress. This guide explains how to monitor your maintenance requests and understand the different status indicators.

Understanding Maintenance Request Statuses

Leaseora uses a simple status system to keep you informed about the progress of your maintenance requests:

  • Submitted: Your request has been successfully submitted but has not yet been reviewed by the property manager.
  • Under Review: Your request is being reviewed by the property manager who will determine the next steps.
  • Scheduled: A maintenance service has been scheduled. You can see the planned date and time in the request details.
  • In Progress: Work on your maintenance request has begun.
  • Completed: The maintenance work has been finished.
  • Cancelled: The request has been cancelled either by you or the property manager.

For Tenants: How to Track Your Maintenance Requests

Step 1: Access Your Maintenance Dashboard

Log in to your Leaseora tenant account and navigate to the "Maintenance" section in your dashboard. Here you'll see a list of all your maintenance requests, sorted by the most recent.

Step 2: View Request Details

Click on any maintenance request to view its detailed information, including:

  • Current status
  • Request history and timeline
  • Property manager comments
  • Scheduled maintenance date (if applicable)
  • Service provider information (if assigned)

Step 3: Receive Notifications

Leaseora automatically sends notifications when there are updates to your maintenance requests. You'll receive these notifications:
